The IDF is one of the largest organizations in Israel – and when it comes to booking doctors’ appointments for soldiers, it only had a call center. The growing number of calls and the lack of transparency in doctors’ availability drove the Medical Corps to develop a designated mobile app that would help soldiers book and manage their appointments more efficiently
